Battle Creek Campground prides itselves in our active and fun environment. It is easy walking distance from the Steakhouse, Lounge, Bait Shop, Store and a boat dock on Lake Vermillion. We begin taking reservations on April 1st and the camping season begins on May 1st.
Lots 16 thru 21 and 29 thru 38 have water, electric and sewer hook ups and are rented on an annual basis. Lots 43 to 56 are reserved for tent camping. The remainder of the Lots have electical (20 and 30 amp) and water hook ups with easy access to a dumping station. We have centalized restrooms with showers, a playground including a volleyball area and a "Pet Walk" for your friendly four-legged companions.
We observe a 'quiet time' from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. All visitors must be out of the park by 11:00 PM. All children under 18 must be at their campsite or with a parent by 11:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel reservations. If you do not show up by 7:00 PM and have not made prior arrangements, your camping spot may be made available to another camper.
